At InviteMaker.in, we provide digital goods that are delivered instantly after purchase.
Therefore, our refund rules are strict to protect our rendering costs.

1. No Refunds After Video Delivery
After your HD video is rendered and delivered, no refunds are issued under any circumstance.
Users must check all details before payment.

2. Revision Policy
Revisions are optional and charged at: ₹150 per export
Revision requests must be made via Instagram DM: @invitemaker.in

3. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged twice for the same purchase:
- We provide a partial refund
- ₹150 is deducted due to rendering cost
- Refund is processed within 7 days

4. Failed Video Render
If the video fails to render due to a system issue on our side:
- We will manually render and send the video
- Revisions are allowed (₹150 per export)
- No full refunds

5. Cancellations
Users may cancel anytime before payment
Cancellations are not allowed after payment

6. Incorrect Details Entered
We are not responsible for incorrect names, dates, spellings, or photos entered by users.
Revisions are available for ₹150 per export.
